Future Jobs Fund

The State Government has established the Future Jobs Fund, with more than $200 million to drive employment growth and confront challenges to the economy.

The government is determined to build new industries, back the growth sectors already competing successfully and create incentives to encourage businesses to invest. The fund will attract new businesses to South Australia and support local industries to grow.

As part of the fund, businesses and non-government organisations are invited to apply for $50 million dollars in grants and $70 million dollars in low interest loans to help develop globally competitive industries and industrial capabilities in five key sectors in South Australia,

  • Shipbuilding and defence
  • Renewable energy and mining
  • Tourism, food and wine
  • Health and biomedical research
  • IT and advanced manufacturing

Applications are now open.
